This has been driven consumers demanding quicker access to the internet, email, home office working and advancements in technology that have made it cost effective for operators to deploy. To overcome this deficiency in Tripleplay has analysed the cost areas associated with providing a broadband data service. This has resulted in the development of their Subscription, Activation and Subscriber Management System ('SAS Manager') which provides a gateway service to enable users to access their online services such as email, the internet and corporate networks via a virtual private network. It is based on standard Intel server hardware, a Linux operating system, Extensible Mark-Up Language (XML) and HTML. It manages subscriber activation, provisioning, subscription and real-time payment authorisation. It can interface into any form of billing and customer management system through its open XML interface. We have developed a web based management system for remote management, monitoring and configuration, which supports Simple Network Management Protocol ('SNMP') which comes as part of the package.

The SAS Manager is designed to work with fixed, wireless and coaxial networks.. As each type of installation is different we provide a services package which includes a site survey, technical design, deployment, commissioning, testing and project management which is all documented so you are aware of what we have done. We provide all the hardware and network equipment you will need for your services and offer various support and maintenance packages based on your requirements. As part of our services package we can manage the installation of cable if you require it.
