ITV has appointed Paul Dale as Chief Technology Officer. Dale joins ITV from Asian PayTV operator Astro, where he was CTO. He was formerly Sky's Media Technology Director, and Controller of Worldwide Partnerships and Controller of Future Media and Technology at the BBC.
